Reviews

“…Sweden really has a promising baritone here…”

The promising Swedish baritone Anton Eriksson is certainly a singer who is growing in stature, and Sweden really has a promising baritone here for future dramatic parts. As Enrico his dark, sonorous bass-baritone has the right authority and strength to back up his acting skills which portray an angry, deceitful bully of a man who tries to control all the people around him.

Kulturkompasset review of Lucia di Lammermoor at Opera på Skäret

“…volume and substance.”

Anton Eriksson…here makes his mark in the small but important role as the Mandarin. Anton’s baritone has gained further in volume and substance."

Göran Forsling review of Turandot at the Royal Swedish Opera

“…phenomenal baritone…”

"...and the phenomenal baritone Anton Eriksson in the role as Marcello."
